Does Golfer Caps offer exchanges?
Due to fluctuating inventory levels, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you are looking for is to return your purchase for a refund to the original form of payment and place a new order. This will guarantee you get the item, color and size you need before we sell out.
What is your return policy?
After receiving your order you have 7 days after delivery date to contact Golfercaps for a refund of your item. All tags must remain on the product to receive a refund. The product will also undergo an inspection. If the item is undamaged and in acceptable condition the refund will be issued.
How do I return my item?
In the event you decide to return your item you must first contact Golfercps via email or through the CONTACT US page. As above mentioned you have 7 days after receiving your items to initiate a return. After contacting Golfer Caps you will then be directed to send back your items to our distribution center. Upon receiving your items we will issue a refund.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We do our best to completely process returns within 1-2 business days of the date they arrive. Please note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account.
